Complete peace of mind, all our products have a 14-day money back guarantee. If you change your mind, just return it unused, in its original packaging and condition with your receipt within the 14 day period and we’ll either exchange it or give you a full refund.

For home delivery items unless faulty of course, a small collection charge applies.

If you have received goods, which you believe, have possibly been damaged in transit we ask that you bring the matter to your driver’s attention and note it accordingly before signing for them. If you have unpacked your item and discovered it has been damaged in transit, please report the matter to customer services 01268 545286 (Mon – Sat 09.30 – 16.00) within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item will promptly be exchanged.
